Order Acceptance
Your order is confirmed only when we send a formal order confirmation email to your provided address. We reserve the right to cancel orders for the following reasons:
- Stock shortages (for non-custom Infant And Toddler Pillows, Pregnant Woman Pillows, or Soothing Pacifiers).
- Pricing errors (e.g., incorrect sale prices due to technical glitches on our platform).
- Incomplete or inaccurate product-specific data (e.g., missing baby age for Infant And Toddler Pillows—we will contact you to confirm details before canceling).
- Suspected fraudulent activity (e.g., invalid payment information, duplicate orders with the same shipping address).
Payment Terms
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Full payment is required at the time of order placement to secure your maternity/baby items.
- For orders over $150, we offer split payment options via PayPal Pay in 4 (no interest for qualifying purchases—see checkout for details).
- Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers—we never store or access your full payment details.
Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate, detailed descriptions of our Infant And Toddler Pillows, Pregnant Woman Pillows, and Soothing Pacifiers (materials, sizes, safety features) and high-quality product images. However, minor variations may occur:
- Color Differences: Screen resolution and lighting can cause slight color variations (e.g., a “Pastel Blue Infant Pillow” may appear lighter/darker in person).
- Filling Variations: Pregnant Woman Pillows may have minor differences in filling density (due to memory foam expansion) or microfiber softness—this is normal and does not affect support.
- Pacifier Shape: Soothing Pacifiers may have slight variations in nipple texture (to improve baby comfort)—all meet safety standards for nipple shape and size.
We are not liable for minor discrepancies between product images and the received item, but we will work with you to resolve significant issues (e.g., wrong material type for a pillow).
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) you ordered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including (but not limited to) baby discomfort from improper use of Soothing Pacifiers (e.g., using a pacifier for unsupervised sleep), damage to Pregnant Woman Pillows from incorrect washing, or allergic reactions to materials (always check product material lists for allergens before use).
