Eligibility Requirements
Given the critical focus on safety and hygiene for maternity and baby products, our return/exchange policy is tailored to protect both you and your little one:

Eligible Items: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for Infant And Toddler Pillows, Pregnant Woman Pillows, and Soothing Pacifiers that meet these criteria:
- Unused, unopened, and in original condition (no signs of wear, stains, or contact with baby’s saliva/skin—critical for Soothing Pacifiers and Infant And Toddler Pillows).
- Still in original packaging with all tags, labels, safety seals, and hygiene wraps intact (Soothing Pacifiers must remain sealed to prevent contamination; Infant And Toddler Pillows must have unbroken protective covers).
- Pregnant Woman Pillows must have no damage to filling (e.g., no tears in fabric, no clumping of memory foam) and no signs of use.

Non-Eligible Items:
- Opened or used Soothing Pacifiers (due to severe hygiene risks—pacifiers are for single-baby use and cannot be sanitized to meet safety standards after opening).
- Infant And Toddler Pillows that have been removed from original packaging, washed, or used (to prevent exposure to allergens or bacteria).
- Pregnant Woman Pillows with signs of use (e.g., body indentations, stains) or damaged filling.
- Customized items (e.g., monogrammed Infant And Toddler Pillows, personalized Pregnant Woman Pillows) unless they arrive with manufacturing defects.
- Final Sale items (marked “Final Sale”—e.g., clearance Soothing Pacifiers or discontinued Pregnant Woman Pillow styles).
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Submit a Request: Email msbudd1@yahoo.com with your order number, item type (e.g., “0–6 Months Infant Pillow,” “Full-Body Pregnant Woman Pillow,” “Silicone Soothing Pacifier”), and reason for return/exchange (e.g., “wrong size for Infant Pillow,” “Soothing Pacifier shape doesn’t fit baby,” “Pregnant Woman Pillow has a tear in fabric”). Include clear photos of the item (front, back, and any defects—e.g., a hole in a pillow cover or a broken pacifier handle) to speed up review.

Receive Approval: Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days (with extra care for baby items to ensure compliance with safety standards). If approved, we will send:
- A pre-paid return label (if the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged—we cover return shipping costs in these cases).
- Self-shipping instructions (you cover return costs for size swaps or change-of-mind returns; we recommend using sealed packaging for Soothing Pacifiers and padded boxes for pillows to prevent damage).
- Ship the Item Back: Send the eligible item to our address (1701 Rock Springs Dr, Las Vegas Nevada 89128, United States) within 7 days of approval. Include a copy of your order confirmation and a note with your request details (e.g., “exchange for 6–12 Months Infant Pillow”).
Refund & Exchange Timelines
- Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item (we verify safety seals for Soothing Pacifiers and packaging integrity for pillows). Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and you will receive an email once the refund is complete.
- Exchanges: We will ship your replacement item (e.g., a different size Infant And Toddler Pillow, a new Soothing Pacifier style) within 1–2 business days of verifying the returned item meets eligibility requirements. Exchange shipping within the U.S. is free for non-custom items.
